Why This Role Matters

We're hiring a Recruit-Onboard Specialist (ROS)—a natural networker, people person, and coach—to lead and scale our recruitment and onboarding framework. You won’t be starting from scratch; we’ve built a solid foundation of systems, tools, and playbooks. You’ll own it, run with it, and expand its reach—building the team that builds Churchill USA.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Pipeline Building

  • Source, screen, and interview sales candidates

  • Maintain a pipeline of 10+ ready-to-go candidates

  • Create job posts and digital campaigns; attend hiring events

Cohort Management

  • Your role after recruiting is to bring 4-6 recruits through the Churchill onboarding program ready to hand off to the Sales Coach at the completion of the onboarding training.

  • We don’t love them and leave them. We walk beside, ride along, and offer support daily and weekly through the onboarding cohort. You will facilitate daily training check-ins, then weekly one on ones until the baton is passed to Sales Coach.

Technology Setup & Support [Systems and Support]

  • Set up tools: Google Workspace, JobNimbus, Hail Recon, CompanyCam

  • Lead Day 1 tech walkthroughs and monitor CRM usage

  • Manage access and deactivations with Ops & Finance

Engagement & Reporting

  • Maintain training content (Trainual), SOPs, and shadowing programs

  • Monitor retention, CRM compliance, and pacing progress

  • Deliver a monthly “Recruit Health Report” to the leadership team

  • Experience is a bonus, training is provided*

Post Cohorts

  • Update training materials, manage candidate leads'

  • Assist with CRM cleanup, data entry, and special projects

  • Coordinate ride-alongs, mentor matches, and follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re a people person—naturally outgoing, approachable, and confident in starting conversations

  • You’re a structured social butterfly—you thrive with systems, checklists, and repeatable processes, but always with a human touch

  • You’re a coach at heart—motivated to help others grow and succeed

  • You know how to build relationships fast—at career fairs, in casual conversations, and on digital platforms

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or people development

  • Tech-savvy with tools like Trainual, Google Workspace, or JobNimbus

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $40,000/year (paid monthly) Bonus package up to $100,000+ including incentives for completed cohorts, retention bonuses, and quarterly overrides.

  • Paid leave

  • Cohort Completion Bonus: $1,000 per cohort (plus $250 per recruit beyond the first 4)

  • Retention Bonus: $2,500 for every recruit who stays 6+ months

  • Quarterly Override: 1% of a recruit’s revenue in any quarter they hit $575,000+

  • Projected Total Compensation: $100,000+ annually based on performance
