The Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist (ROS) delivers freshly hired Serving Specialists. You turn that raw talent into trusted guides who protect high-end homeowners and fuel Churchill’s next chapter of growth. [helping homeowners understand the importance of their biggest investment through door to door conversation, guiding through the storm restoration process]

Key Responsibilities

Coach & Mentor

  • Weekly 1-on-1 Goal-Setting Reviews (GSRs) & group sales labs

  • Real-time feedback via ride-alongs, call reviews & role-plays

Drive Revenue Through People

  • Guide reps to strong lead-gen and high conversion/close rates

  • Spot funnel bottlenecks early and prescribe actions before momentum stalls

Design Training Paths

  • Build individualized learning plans & advanced skill tracks'

  • Create micro-modules in Trainual and engaging practice scenarios

Protect & Multiply Culture

  • Model Churchill values and weave them into every coaching moment

Collaborate & Report

  • Partner with Sales Manager & ROS; bring clear data and insights to weekly leadership huddles

Who We’re Looking For

  • People-First Trainer - a proven history of designing & delivering coaching that moves KPIs. A good coach sees the skill of a player and adjust his coaching to bring out the absolute best parts of his players skills.

  • Gifted Facilitator – balances empathy with direct, actionable feedback.

  • Systems Thinker – loves building repeatable frameworks in CRM/LMS tools.

  • Data-Savvy Coach – reads dashboards and turns numbers into next steps.

  • Relational Authority – can challenge high-drive personalities while keeping trust.

  • Valid driver’s license & comfort with local windshield time for onsite support.

(Roofing know-how is a bonus—we can teach the technicals; we can’t teach your passion for developing people.)
