Summary: As a Serving Specialist at Churchill USA, you play a crucial role in guiding homeowners through the storm restoration process, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and care. This role combines sales facilitation with exceptional customer service, from generating leads and closing contracts to providing ongoing support throughout the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Utilize networking, CRM tools, and follow-up strategies to generate and manage leads.

• Closing Contracts: Secure a minimum of two contracts per month, assist homeowners through insurance claims, and ensure complete satisfaction.

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by understanding and addressing homeowner needs, guiding them through the restoration process, and maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High self-motivation and drive

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to climb and inspect roofs

• Preferred: Experience in sales and customer service
